Refunds & returns

We sell prepared food. Once a dish has left the kitchen it cannot be resold or reused, so there is no process to send an order back — only to put something right when it was our mistake.

Cancel from the app in the short window after placing an order and nothing is charged: a card payment is only captured once the kitchen accepts the order, and a cash order is simply never collected.

If a card was already charged for an order the kitchen ends up refusing — out of stock, outside our delivery area, or at capacity — the full amount is refunded to the same card automatically.

Food already being made cannot be un-cooked, so an order cannot be cancelled once the kitchen has started it. If it arrives late, incomplete, incorrect, or not as described, tell us through the app with a photo where you can — we will put store credit on your account to make it right.

Store credit is spent on a later order, never expires and is not exchanged for cash, because it exists to make a specific order right rather than as a payment method.

A small number of cases are refunded to the original payment method rather than as store credit — a duplicate charge, a payment taken for an order that never went to the kitchen, or a delivery that genuinely could not be completed. These are processed by our payment provider and can take several business days to show on your statement, which is your bank's timing rather than ours.

The delivery fee is paid to cover the trip and is not refunded for a late arrival on its own — only where the order itself is being made right under the sections above.
